There’s also no consistency in terms of how different features work across different parts of the website which makes using it even more frustrating than necessary.
To make matters worse, if you want any UI improvements on this site then your only option is paying for a subscription plan since those come with access to additional features like customizing profiles with themes etc., but none of these changes actually improve navigation or usability in any meaningful way whatsoever – all they really do is give an illusion that something has changed visually while still leaving everything else unchanged under-the-hood (so to speak). If you’re looking for a dating site with great support, YourTravelMates is not the one. Don’t get me wrong – I love their concept and how easy it is to use but when it comes to customer service they leave much to be desired. It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack!
I’ve contacted them several times over the past few months, hoping that maybe this time would be different…but no luck so far. Their response time was slow as molasses and often nonexistent – I’m still waiting on an answer from my last message two weeks ago! Not only that, but there isn’t even any kind of FAQ page or anything else where users can look up answers themselves without having contact someone directly – which obviously doesn’t work if nobody responds anyway…
To make matters worse (if possible), none of the responses were satisfactory either; usually just generic copy-paste stuff about “we are sorry for your inconvenience” etc., without actually addressing my issue at all. Even after multiple follow ups nothing changed except getting more frustrated by every passing day because who has got all eternity? You know what they say: Time waits for no man/woman…
